I have a lot of respect for people who make things easier for others.
The person who explains a complicated process without making you feel foolish. The colleague who shares useful information. The stranger who takes a few minutes to point you in the right direction.
Not every meaningful contribution comes with public recognition.
Some people simply make life a little less difficult for others.

The JD is loaded, so salary is the problem not lack of talent.
I know one or two persons that can kill a role like this but 1.5 million NET with abeg won't cut it.
It's Fintech, it's shege pro maxxing and they all know it.
i wasn't joking when i said good growth people are becoming some of the hardest people to hire in tech.
i need someone who's actually grown a fintech product and has the numbers to show for it. not just impressions and engagement.

How can universities protect their students from this situation? A lot of the students are between the ages of 16-21. The institutions could try to put some measures in place to protect them. If they are not graduating and it’s an obsession because of a group. They should step in.

I want to have fun talking into the camera again. I’m ready. Nothing overly scripted just speak into it and share. Building Ladda and creating structure sort of seeped into my creative juice. Now that we are solid and the team can run on their own. It’s time to continue to yapper into the camera and just teach freely.

The best leaders/managers are first mentors before anything else.
The biggest hiring lesson I’ve learnt came from @A_Feranmi, and it’s simple: hiring people is one thing; helping them realise their potential, even when they’re underperforming, is another.
I had serious concerns about the quality of content my social media team was putting out. Feranmi insisted we should focus on helping them improve rather than rushing to let anyone go.
Guys, these people are now on steroids, shooting fire content, and they’re still getting better! 😂😂🔥
Sometimes, people don’t need to be replaced. They need the right leadership, support and opportunity to grow.
