You've taught me so many lessons in life Dad that I'm forever grateful for 💜 "When I take my final breath on this earth, don't let people say cancer beat me, but that it was a draw and I took it down with me". You never lost Dad! We're all winners because of you!

Love my DAWGS 🏆🖤
The @SandieTrackAHS teams had a good day at the office, sweeping the top spots at the District 3/4-5A Track Meet, held at PlainsCapital Park in Lubbock.
The AHS girls racked up 124 points, while the guys used a victory in the 4x400 to acquire 100 points.

Had the pleasure of coaching this young man and coaching with his Dad 17 years ago. Stopped by @GeorgetownHS and let his throwers get a workout in on the way to @uiltexas State Track. What an awesome fraternity we have. @Murga_24 I know your Dad would be proud man! @THSCAcoaches

Winning doesn’t make you a winner. Losing doesn’t make you a loser. Winning habits are what makes you a winner & losing habits are what makes you a loser. Which habits are you choosing in your life?

Wow! Tom Brady may have just delivered the greatest quote I’ve ever heard.
“To be successful at anything, the truth is you don’t have to be special. You just have to be what most people aren’t: consistent, determined and willing to work for it.”
