Today, we received Hon. Gasana Alfred, Senator, and Hon. Tumukunde Aimée Marie Ange, MP, who delivered a public lecturer as part of nationwide engagements marking International Democracy Day.
Through discussions with students, they emphasized the role of youth in Rwanda’s consensual and pluralistic democracy, with Human Rights at the forefront. These interactions strengthened students’ understanding of their responsibility in promoting Rwandan cultural values, advancing freedoms, and contributing to the country’s chosen democratic system.
