There's a problem, specifically an ethical problem, with AI LLMs - the problem being one of intellectual theft. Large language models have scraped the Internet making use of all sorts of copyrighted material or intellectual property and made money from stealing this to serve up to us. I am surprised at how little this is discussed.

When I come across a video with a title containing the words "The truth about" on YouTube I don't bother watching it - in some ways it would be a good thing if the algorithm penalised videos with that in the title.

Recently I watched a women's rugby match and I actually preferred it the the men's matches I had seen. While the men can rely on bashing into each other the women seem to have to rely much more on agility and pure skill and I thought it made the match much more interesting to watch. I also thought that the women's rugby moved faster and was more interesting because of that.

To show how absolutely ridiculous Cambridge is, the Cambridge Police headquarters has been moved out of the centre of Cambridge and guess where it has moved to. Yes, the Park and Ride in Milton outside of Cambridge. The headquarters for Cambridge police are in a location inaccessible to those who do not have a car unless you get the Park and Ride bus to get there. Who on earth makes these idiotic decisions? While I am at it, the fire brigade headquarters also moved out of central Cambridge a few years ago - it was right next to the police station and was sold off so that luxury flats could be built in its place.
