If someone is here illegally, why should they have to rob, rape, or murder an American before they’re deported?

BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that ICE just finished a 10-day statewide operation in Texas that resulted in the arrests of 4,170 illegal aliens, an average of 400+ per day and some of the largest daily numbers the agency has ever seen for a single state. DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin will hold a press conference in Dallas, TX at 4pm ET to announce the operation, which was called Lone Star Mission, and he will reveal some of the most egregious illegal aliens arrested during the operation.

In my time as an ICE officer, there were numerous fraudulent birth certificate investigations that HSI conducted. Thousands were stolen in Puerto Rico. Thousands more were stolen in Denver and in Texas in the early 2000s. When I first read this story, I knew ICE probably had the case locked down. Just another fraud, illegal alien, and the AP fell for it.
FALSE: He is NOT a U.S. citizen. @ICEgov arrested Felibi Biladi Siagha-Coke on January 5.  He is an illegal alien from Jamaica with previous convictions of assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, and insurance fraud. Siagha-Coke was previously issued a U.S. Passport based on a FRAUDULENT birth certificate that was revoked following an investigation, and his applications for a citizenship certificate have been denied multiple times. An immigration judge ordered Siagha-Coke removed from the United States on April 14 — he will remain in ICE custody pending removal and will continue to receive due process. Under @POTUS Trump and Secretary Mullin, if you break the law, you will face the consequences.

DEPUTIZED BY ICE: More than 29,000 state and local officers are now deputized by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), roughly double February's count, according to a new report. The officers serve through ICE's 287(g) program, named for a section of the Immigration and Nationality Act that lets the agency delegate immigration powers to state and local police. They now far outnumber the roughly 11,600 deportation officers ICE employs directly, according to a report.

NEW: Multiple federal law enforcement sources tell @FoxNews that the man who was shot and killed by an off-duty FBI agent in Chicago last night was a Venezuelan illegal alien who was seen shooting into a homeless encampment. Per sources, the FBI agent was driving alone when he saw 27-year-old OSCAR D. CORRALES shooting at people in the encampment, and the agent stopped and shot CORRALES, killing him. Fox is told CORRALES was previously caught and released at the southern border by the Biden administration in October 2023, and he has a previous arrest in California in which he was released from custody with an ICE detainer ignored. nbcchicago.com/news/local/ou…

Another sob story headline that conveniently leaves out the facts. Amaury Jose Monsalve Figuera, a CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIEN from Venezuela, was arrested for firearms, ammunition, drug, and open-container offenses. His green card was revoked following immigration fraud proceedings, and an immigration judge ordered his removal on October 19. Work authorization or a pending application does NOT make you an American citizen or give you the right to remain in this country. He remains in ICE custody pending DEPORTATION.

NEW: ICE’s Victims of Immigrant Crime Engagement (VOICE) office has released emotional video showing Angel Mom Elizabeth Carter confronting the Indian illegal alien semi truck driver who is charged with killing her son and his newlywed wife in a crash in Oregon last November. The exchange happened as ICE was transferring RAJINDER KUMAR to state custody in Oregon earlier this month to face charges of two counts of first degree manslaughter and three counts of recklessly endangering another person as a result of the crash. ICE gave Carter a chance to speak to KUMAR in an ICE vehicle before the transfer.  ICE says they had arrested KUMAR after law enforcement in Deschutes County, OR ignored their detainer and released him from custody in April.   Kumar had been caught and released at the AZ border by the Biden admin in November 2022 and was given a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) by the state of California.  In the video - an emotional Carter says: “Hello Mr. Kumar. My name is Elizabeth Carter. I’m William Micah Carter’s mother. And I wanted you to know that I pray for you and your family, I know you didn’t get up that morning planning to kill two newlyweds. And I know your family is going through something important too.” Kumar largely avoids eye contact and doesn’t say anything.

The arrogance. The hypocrisy. The utter lack of self-awareness. Katie is dead. I wish she’d been afforded half the protection her intoxicated illegal immigrant killer received. Our children are dead. And politicians still have the audacity to lecture us about protecting people. The Katies of this country know exactly whose lives their policies fail to protect.
I've stood up to Donald Trump and ICE because our future is at stake. Our children's future is at stake. Illinois will remain a beacon of freedom.

I need your help. If you know a farm in Idaho that's committed to hiring only Americans and legal workers, drop the farm's name in the comments or DM me. I'm working on a project to support farms that build their businesses putting Americans first.

“Each man is judged by his own actions,” says the guy who glorifies an entire class of illegal aliens as “Dreamers” and declares defending them essential to the stability of American society. Individual judgment when the facts are inconvenient. Collective sainthood when it’s time to sell amnesty.
There were 350,000 Haitians with TPS. In DHS's view, the actions of one out of those 350,000 permanently stained all of them. This blood libel has no place in American society or government, in our great country built on the principle that each man is judged by his own actions.

Maybe we should stop conferring the moral standing of an American patriot on an entire class of illegal aliens by giving them a sentimental nickname. That standing was earned by the men carved in stone outside Quantico. A “Dreamer” just took a sledgehammer to one of their heads.
NEW: Multiple federal sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for using a sledgehammer to behead a WW2 Iwo Jima monument in Quantico, VA on Tuesday is a Mexican illegal alien & former DACA recipient whose legal status expired this year. Miguel Alonso Maldonado Soriano has now been charged with felony destruction of property and trespass with intent to damage property. Per federal sources, Soriano illegally crossed into the U.S. in December 1999. He was granted DACA by the Obama administration in 2014 and had it extended for years, most recently by the Biden admin in 2024, but he lost his DACA status in August of this year when it wasn’t renewed by the Trump administration.

HUGE INDEED! Massive victory for ICE and the rule of law. The Fifth Circuit ruled that illegal aliens who entered unlawfully and are arrested by ICE in the interior are subject to mandatory detention while their deportation cases proceed. No bond hearings to secure their release. Congress wrote this into federal law in 1996. Section 1225(b)(2)(A) says these aliens SHALL be detained. Not MAY. SHALL. For months, the immigration lawyer cabal and activist district judges used habeas petitions to invent bond hearings Congress never authorized. The Fifth Circuit just shut that down and overturned orders that blocked ICE from re-arresting and detaining aliens previously released by those judges. The ruling is binding across Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi… one of the most important detention corridors in the country. As Judge James Ho put it: “A nation ceases to be a nation if it can’t protect its borders.” Now MORE detention beds for MASS deportations!
HUGE: The en banc Fifth Circuit just held, 11-6, that illegal aliens caught in the interior can be detained without bond for the duration of their removal proceedings. Judge James Ho in a concurring opinion: "A nation ceases to be a nation if it can't protect its borders."

HUGE! In an 11–6 ruling, the Fifth Circuit held that illegal aliens arrested by ICE can be detained WITHOUT BOND throughout their removal proceedings. ARREST. DETAIN. DEPORT. REPEAT.
BREAKING: The 5th Circuit has ruled that ICE detainees with pending immigration proceedings have no constitutional right to a bond hearing, regardless of the length of their detention. The en banc ruling appears to be 10-7. s3.documentcloud.org/documen…
