Ayaan Hirsi Ali on growing up in the Africa, where she witnessed a man being lynched in the street, and what happens when Europe takes in third world migrants. “When I first came to Europe, I was stunned by many things. But one of the things that I found most stunning and astonishing was just how peaceful it was.” “In these other countries in Africa, violence was so normal.” Watch my full interview on the riots in France, mass immigration, the small boats and the growing influence of Islam in the West: piped.video/BIr0-LpMAD4

Very ‘Yookay’ if story if true here - The ‘Institute of Economic Affairs’ (IEA) is a major long-established right-wing free-market thinktank in Britain that has seen many of its key figures leave recently in part because, the rumour goes, its white British director converted to Islam and is becoming quite strict about it. They stopped serving alcohol at events, for instance

I know this isn't LinkedIn, but nonetheless, some professional news. After 18 years, five books, three dozen papers and thousands of articles, presentations, podcasts, videos, media appearances etc etc – I am leaving the IEA in a few weeks' time. I am, however, neither joining Novara Media, nor the Guardian, nor SOAS. I am not starting a podcast with Gary Stevenson either. I'll continue to promote extremely uncool, cringey low-status opinions in other ways. Watch this space.

Why the fuck would I care more about a non-existent genocide thousands of miles away than the destruction of my homeland?

How ironic is it that communists have taken over the main public square in Barcelona? It’s been many weeks now, and they have no intention of leaving. They destroy everything they touch.

Funny thing is Irish people were kidnapped and enslaved by Muslim Barbary pirates. But you clearly didn't have that in mind.
My Irish ancestors were slaves bought and sold by Jewish people. And you expect me to care about antisemitism?
Community note
Irish people transported to the Americas were primarily indentured servants under temporary contracts, not chattel slaves, and there is no historical evidence they were bought and sold by Jewish people; this draws on the debunked "Irish slaves" myth. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irish_sla… snopes.com/fact-check/iri… factchecking.ie/articles/were-… myjewishlearning.com/article/jews-a…

My problem with this piece is that it assumes Islamist agendas have to be explicitly Islamist to advance Islamist political interests. The very example the author uses, Malaysia, actually proves the opposite. Malaysia has done a fairly good job of keeping violent Islamist groups in check, but Islamist pressure has still managed to reshape parts of its foreign and industrial policies. Projects have been abandoned, including one associated with @balajis, simply because activists denounced them as Zionist plots. And guess what? The government caved, with practically no argument left to counter the accusations of siding with "the evil US imperial power" and other "Zionist entity" types of condemnations. Europe offers an even more revealing example. Why would Islamist movements need to campaign openly for Sharia law when parts of the far-left are perfectly happy to advance their interests under the banner of anti-imperialism?
The case for rethinking America's absolutist doctrine of religious freedom in the case of an exclusivist political religion, namely Islam. @ufhamilton @UNCSCILL @osuchasecenter @firstthingsmag @newcriterion @CivitasInst @ClaremontInst @WashingtonWVU @MadisonProgram @PublicDiscourse @NASorg firstthings.com/a-muslim-ans…

NETANYAHU TO i24NEWS: “ISRAEL IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE STRONGEST POWER IN THE MIDDLE EAST” Netanyahu says most countries in the region are reaching out to Israel because they see its strength and determination. On the possibility of diplomatic progress with Saudi Arabia following intelligence assistance against the Houthis, Netanyahu says “things are progressing and ripening.” He rules out what he calls the “ridiculous and outrageous price” demanded by the Israeli left: a Palestinian state that would become “a terrorist fortress in the heart of our country.” “Things are moving along the path I believe in. It’s called peace through strength,” Netanyahu says, attributing the shift to Israel’s reversal of the regional balance of power.

Why would a Jew-obsessive at the heart of the UK establishment concur with the view that the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz—the largest camp, where 1.1 million were killed, 90% of them Jews—was getting too much attention, then try to refocus the conversation on a camp (liberated on a different day) one-tenth the size, where only 15% of the prisoners were Jews, and refer to the “stunning courage” of all the non-Jewish groups? It’s almost as if she’s a propagandist who finds Jewish suffering inconvenient to her attempts to paint Jews as oppressors and is even willing to whine about the commemoration of Auschwitz. In general, though, it’s wonderful to see someone write about the non-Jewish victims of the camps, although it would be nice if it weren’t written by an open antisemite.
It is certainly puzzling that this bitch @SarahHelm1 denied that any Israeli women were raped by Hamas on 7 October. We know scores of girls were butchered, raped and so mutilated they would not be recognised by their own parents.
