So proud of what the team @KymeraTx has accomplished in Q2 2026! - completed enrollment of BROADEN2, our global Ph2b study in atopic dermatitis patients of our FIC STAT6 degrader KY-621, 6 months ahead of schedule. - continued to advance enrollment of BREADTH, our global Ph2b study in type 2 asthma patients of our FIC STAT6 degrader KT-621 - advanced our FIC IRF5 degrader KT-579 through Ph1 studies - Initiated with our partner Sanofi a healthy volunteers Ph1 study of KT-485, our second generation IRAK4 degrader - made tremendous progress on our innovative preclinical pipeline! What’s ahead in Q4 2026? - first ever disclosure of pk, pd, safety of IRF5 degradation with KT-579 in humans - likely the most anticipated data set for the rest of 2026: our BROADEN2 data readout for KT-621. While these are critical milestones the team is currently focused on ph3 planning and initiation for KT-621, which has been accelerated by at least 6 months and SLE patient study planning and initiation for KT-579! I’m very excited to welcome Terence to @KymeraTx. As we prepare for the global Phase 3 development of KT-621 across multiple Type 2 inflammatory diseases, Terence’s deep experience leading late-stage immunology programs and organizations will be instrumental in helping us achieve the level of patient impact we have set out to deliver at Kymera. I also want to thank Jared for the tremendous contributions he has made in helping build Kymera into the company it is today. After an extraordinary career spanning more than 40 years in academic medicine and the biotechnology industry, I wish him nothing but the very best in a well-deserved retirement.

Excited to announce today that we have completed enrollment of our global Ph2b BROADEN2 trial of KT-621 in atopic dermatitis patients. This was accomplished almost 6 months faster than the original timeline which will allow us to disclose topline data by end of this year vs the original mid2027. This is a testament to the excitement around KT-621 in the investigator and patient communities for a potential transformative oral drug in this space as well as world class execution by the @KymeraTx team!
