just so they don't try to hide behind a shield i made both the tickets on different accounts including one not tied to any discord account made as i made the email for it 2 minutes before making the support account. The ball is in your Court @discord_support

both of these posts contained similar information but i purposely wanted to test their system due to all the crap that happened with my account so i made up an issue and received the same response between 2 different issues.

I can't keep doing this so now I have to work around the nightmare that is discord support and hope someone on there understands.

Both accounts are now suspended and it appears they will stay that way. The fact I'm being punished for actions I did not commit are making this whole thing worst. I'm losing myself in all of this
