This is exactly why Michigan needs to reject Rogers. We don’t need another politician who bends the knee to the surveillance state and treats the Constitution like an inconvenience.
The Fourth Amendment isn’t optional.

When Obama’s NSA and FBI were caught unlawfully spying on Americans everywhere, I led the charge to shut down their unconstitutional program.
Mike Rogers led the charge to excuse and defend the government’s actions and to enshrine Patriot Act and FISA abuses in law.
He then worked (and failed) to oust me from Congress because, as an ardent defender of the Constitution, I was constantly standing in his way.
During his time in Congress, no member acted with such unbridled hostility to the Bill of Rights as Mike Rogers. In these midterms, there can be no greater win for the American people than to keep him out of the U.S. Senate.

Before I ever ran for office, I was an organizer in DUUUUUVAL County, knocking on doors with my neighbors. Today felt like home. A caravan full of everyday people who are tired of being priced out and left behind, out there talking to folks about the Florida we all deserve.

Pollsters being off by only 2 points is a very conservative estimate too. If this is a nationwide problem, then Democratic support is probably much larger than that. Been saying this for a while now.

Total Recall Bias.
Our findings suggest this probably causes a ~2pt error favoring Democrats in your standard generic ballot poll.
To add insult to injury, many pollsters are using pretty conservative weights this year. A large non-response bias amongst Republicans must occur to counteract these observations; otherwise, we are probably on track for a VA/NJ 2025 repeat.
The groups Trump made his largest gains with (younger, non-white, lower income, non-college, politically disaffected) are the most likely to lie to pollsters by saying they didn't vote for him in 2024, because they're reinforcing their upcoming vote choice.
