In the prespecified HBR substudy of SELUTION DeNovo, a sirolimus-eluting balloon strategy with provisional stenting was compared with systematic DES implantation.
At 1 year, rates of target vessel failure, major bleeding, and net adverse clinical events were numerically lower with the SEB strategy.

TTVR or T-TEER? When anatomy doesn't tell the whole story
Part 1⃣ pcronline.com/Cases-resource…
An 85-year-old woman with severe TR, symptomatic heart failure and reduced right ventricular function presents a challenging transcatheter treatment decision.
Although the tricuspid anatomy appears favourable, several clinical factors - including impaired RV–PA coupling, pre-existing LBBB, thrombocytopenia and concomitant mitral regurgitation - add complexity to the choice of strategy.
View part 1⃣ of this case shared by Lisa Kettler : would anatomy alone be enough to guide the decision?
