The vag*na aka Art Nouveau inspired dusty pink floral surface pattern design is now available on my Redbubble. It's a bit Christmassy as well but it isn't only for Christmas.

Hi everyone, we’ve been working on something 🙏🏼 I’ve written a second letter to Andy Burnham, alongside 360 sports people, to urge him to meet with me and fund research into my much neglected health issue which impacts millions of others.
I can’t believe 360 people signed in just 1 week, so many amazing names and messages still coming in of people wanting to add theirs (so feel free to message to add yours, we’re keeping on the pressure!!!)
The list includes 114 Olympians, with 77 medals between them (and that’s not even including Worlds and Europeans 🤯). Also some huge names from football and many other sports!!
Thank you SO much to everyone that signed, I can’t tell you how much it means to me when I’m truly at rock bottom ❤️❤️❤️
I know everyone wants their issues taken seriously, but this has been neglected like nothing else. WE HAVE 0 APPROVED TREATMENTS!!! Please listen 🙏🏼 @andyburnham@number10gov@UKLabour@DHSCgovuk
New lichen surface pattern, inspired by St Ives slate rooftops in Cornwall, which are covered in sunburst lichen. I used ref photos I took in Cornwall in the 2010s when I was getting into macro photography.

Been on cholesterol drug, not statins. I'm v achy with more joint pain. Not sure I'll be able to continue, so might have to do statins instead. Do I know #pwME on statins who've been ok on them? Already take CoQ10. Really don't want to tho.
A friend’s Dad has been in hospital for five weeks waiting for a procedure but he keeps catching infections. So they haven’t been able to do a thing yet, other than try to keep him stable.
But I guess at least he got to see those smiles.
‼️Urgent advice needed for carer of ME sufferer I know.
Pt recently declined from mod to v severe. Now only taking in some water and 2 fortisips daily. Rolling PEM.
Carer is looking for:
1) adaptive UK private Drs/ Clinics that work w severe ME that can prescribe fluids etc
🔥Powerful words by @BethDobbin in The Times.
We agree 💯 with Beth. It's time to radically change the outdated, demedicalised, bps clinics that do not meet clinical need.
ALT Dark navy graphic from Long Covid Advocacy featuring a large turquoise quotation mark and a quote published in The Times, 30 October 2026. The quote condemns the lack of doctors in NHS ME clinics and highlights the devastating impact of severe ME, including patients who are tube-fed and require assistance turning in bed. A photograph of a blonde woman wearing blue appears in a circular frame with a blue-to-purple border at the bottom right. The Long Covid Advocacy logo appears at the bottom left.
I'm trying to buy some new clothes for the first time in years. Everything is too long for potential future wheelchair use. Those long voluminous dresses and flappy troos look like they'd get snagged in the mechanics. I'm not a wheelchair user now, but thinking of practicalities
NB. I'm bedridden so I'd be going out by stretcher but there is a carry chair and stairs involved too. Long clothes are also impractical for being lifted out of bed to use commode. I really just need some just in case clothes, and a nicer something for visitors.
...of being lifted and moved etc. and future OP appts. I'm thinking front buttoning tunic length things with leggings. It looks like it might have to be Vinted or eBay with several washes to get perfume out.
Inspired by the amazing Beth Dobbin and the woeful uptake of ME/CFS training by healthcare professionals in the NHS, I've been working on trying to consolidate everything policymakers and open-minded healthcare professionals need to know into a five-minute video.
If you think it's of use, please feel free to share it with whomever. 💚
Please remember, I'm bedbound and using my very limited spoons on paced advocacy work instead of hobbies I can no longer do, because I passionately believe in change for all of us. Grace and constructive engagement are always appreciated. 💚

Watching Grease on ITV. My best friend's mum took us to see it in the cinema when it came out. I was 9! I wrote about this in The Facts of Life (memoir). We were so sure we understood it all but even watching again today there are bits I missed that were so rude!! #Grease
We’re really pleased that our MP email template has been supported by wider ME organisations via Forward ME 🫶
If you have the energy, you can help support @BethDobbin’s call for ME research funding by writing to your MP. More here 👇

ALT Images of Beth Dobbin and Andy Burnham with a graphic of an email going from Beth to Andy. Under Beth is her quote "I believe you need to fund research into this spiralling illness and help us all get our lives back." and also there is a small chart showing UK Govt Reearch funding 2019-2024. ME - £6.6m, Parkinsons, £79.1m and Dementia £496.4m. The text says "Beth Dobbin has written to Andy Burnham asking for increasing funding for ME research. You can help! Support Beth's call for ME funding by writing to your MP. Template letter available!"
Amazing. This tweet packs several logical fallacies and argumentative shortcuts about the role of exercise in chronic disease into just three short sentences.
Let's break down this remarkable piece of work, shall we?
