EMS Crew Shoutout! This week, Chief Gilchrist and Deputy Chief Tremel visited crews to deliver awards for the recent deliveries of two baby girls who came into the world a little sooner than expected. These crews provided outstanding clinical care to both the mothers and their newborns, which included administering oxytocin and performing whole blood transfusions. Of special note, Paramedic Saenger received two awards for responding to both deliveries and administering lifesaving care to both mothers!
