Monday Reminder: You are allowed to change your approach when something isn't working.
You don't have to keep struggling with the same method just because you already invested time and resources in it.
Adjust. Rethink. Try again. Keep going. 🦾🫶🏽

Successful PhD students protect their humanity first.
The research is important. But it's not more important than their health, their relationships, or their sense of self.
That priority makes them sustainable.
You don't have to figure this out alone.
The PhD students who thrive aren't smarter than you. They're just less isolated.
The @PhDSafeSpace community is built for people who want to do this the right way. Join Us.
What's one thing successful PhD students do that helped you? 👇

What helps: Every time you catch yourself believing one of these, ask:
'Is this actually true? Or am I telling myself this because I'm scared?'
Most of the time, it is fear dressed up as truth.
The PhD is hard enough without lying to yourself about it.
@PhdSafeSpace is where we tell each other the truth: the uncomfortable, messy, real truth.
Which lie have you believed the longest? 👇
