The search is underway for those behind these evil acts, and we will make no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts and those who harbor them.”

In front of an audience of about 200 people at Booker Elementary School, he states that he will be returning to Washington and continues “Two airplanes have crashed into the World Trade Center in an apparent terrorist attack on our country.”
He leads a moment of silence.
