The Healdsburg Prune Packers, founding members of the Pacific Empire League @PacEmpireLeague extend our deepest thanks to New Era® Cap @NewEraCap our Official On-Field Cap and a partnership we are extraordinarily proud and grateful to have. From the caps worn on the field throughout our historic run to a sixth consecutive championship, to custom Packers fan caps that regularly sell out at Recreation Park, it is an incredible privilege to wear New Era®. From the beginning, the vision for the Pacific Empire League was bold: to build the finest summer collegiate baseball league on the West Coast and one of the best in the nation. New Era® represented everything we aspired to bring to that vision. The gold standard in headwear, stitched to perfection, proudly worn by Major League Baseball and known around the world for excellence in the game. New Era® has its own extraordinary history in baseball, and we hoped that somehow this legendary brand might believe in what we were building and become part of our story. We were incredibly fortunate that they did. “New Era gets thousands of requests every year, but is committed to only partnering with a select few. Founding PEL President Natalie Norman’s passion for the game and relentless drive to bring this to reality was the difference maker to me.” — Bill Adams Former Senior Vice President of Sales, New Era North America For the second consecutive season, New Era® also created the Official PEL Championship Cap, with both championship caps proudly earned and worn by the Healdsburg Prune Packers. To everyone at New Era®, THANK YOU for believing in us and for your continued partnership with the Healdsburg Prune Packers and Pacific Empire League. #GoPack! #newera #neweracap #baseball #PEL

The 2026 Prune Packers lived up to their “assassins” moniker with ruthless precision, systematically dismantling hitters across the summer circuit. In the Championship Series they delivered a masterclass in dominance, holding the Lincoln Potters to a mere three runs across 18 flawless innings. As a staff they posted six shutouts and twelve one-run games. Their twelfth came in Game 2 of the PEL Championship, when they limited the Potters to four hits and carved up the lineup for 12 strikeouts. That performance sealed Healdsburg’s sixth consecutive title. The body count kept climbing: 32 times the Packers staff punched out double-digit hitters. The motto was never just words. Empty the Clip. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 #GoPack! @PacEmpireLeague #PEL @TrackManBB

The season may be over, but we’re not done looking back at a historic summer in Healdsburg! Offensively, no other team on the West Coast came close... The Prune Packers obliterated the baseball all summer long. 86 home runs in 45 games. A mind blowing team slugging percentage of .575. That’s a full scale offensive assault. This offense ran a true fast break attack that destroyed teams in the box and on the bases. They led the circuit in nearly every offensive category, punishing anything in the zone and staying ruthlessly disciplined on spin out of it. Pitchers had nowhere to hide. Coach Gomes @partyoutfront on the culture that made it possible: “Until baseball figures out how to prevent failure… I’ll be a proponent of production. Be positive, be smart about swing decisions, be aggressive in the zone and challenge them to grow. I pushed this group nearly every day to be Champions. At bats that win games, not at bats for stats. When the culture of your offense understands how to toe in and win, it can be very effective.” #GoPack! @pacempireleague #PEL @TrackManBB

When big outs were needed, PETER STORJOHANN delivered. Congratulations to the Healdsburg Prune Packers @prunepackers right-hander, the 2026 Pacific Empire League Pitcher of the Year!⚾️🤝🏆 Storjohann allowed just three earned runs over 20 innings of work while striking out 23 and walking only three. In Game 1 of the PEL Championship Series, he delivered four scoreless innings in relief to help the Packers secure the win. Congratulations, Peter! #PacificEmpireLeague #PitcherOfTheYear #PEL

One of the summer’s most dangerous bats. Congratulations to REX WATSON of the Healdsburg Prune Packers @prunepackers the 2026 Pacific Empire League Hitter of the Year! An immediate force from his first game through the PEL Championship, Watson delivered remarkable consistency at the plate, batting .514 over 20 games with seven doubles and six home runs. Among the highlights was a massive home run at Lincoln measured by Trackman at 115 mph off the bat and 465 feet. Congratulations, Rex! #PacificEmpireLeague #HitterOfTheYear #PEL

Need guys like this if you want to win @Lerma_time10

Mason Lerma @Lerma_time10 is the master of the mound once again…😤 His 2026 return tour was pure dominance. As a cornerstone of the most dominant bullpen on the West Coast summer circuit, the local product of Windsor, CA delivered #LermaTime at its absolute best! Mason has been a #PEL @pacempireleague Champion from the very beginning. He was with the Packers for the league’s inaugural season and has been a champion every year since.🏆🏆🏆 On July 18 in Humboldt, he carved through the lineup with a clinic: 2 innings, 0 hits, 0 runs, 0 walks, and 4 strikeouts. Then in Game 2 of the PEL Championship against the Lincoln Potters, he entered and erased back-to-back hitters to slam the door shut, helping the Packers secure an exceedingly rare sixth straight championship victory. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 The UC Davis alum has become a true figurehead in his hometown. Mason embodies the best of what baseball can be both for the sport and for the community. Our program is richer for having him in it. ⭐️We love everything about LermaTime.⭐️ #GoPack! #WindsorKid 🙌🏽 #6PEAT @TrackManBB

THE DEATH. Caden Duke found his niche, and when he stepped on the mound, the other team didn’t score. Period. As a short relief specialist, Caden was pure death to opposing hitters. His entire summer of dominance was perfectly captured in two shutdown outings against the Lincoln Potters: 2.2 innings, just 1 hit, 0 runs, 0 walks, and 3 strikeouts. That relentless excellence helped lock down the sixth straight championship for #TheBoyzNTheBurg. #GoPack @pacempireleague #PEL @TrackManBB
