Islamophobes are accusing Abdul El-Sayed of being pro–Muslim Brotherhood JUST BECAUSE: • His mother worked for an organization later designated by the U.S. Treasury for supporting terrorist groups. • His sister-in-law appeared on a federal terrorism watchlist during the Obama administration. • His father-in-law held leadership roles in organizations accused of Brotherhood connections. • Those organizations were named unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation case. • His half-sister celebrated October 7 online. • The same half-sister wrote that their family had “long been MB” and described their mother’s Brotherhood activism. • His campaign buddy Hasan Piker said America deserved 9/11. • He wanted to avoid commenting on Khamenei’s death because some potential voters were grieving. • He signed a statement urging Morsi’s government to purge Egypt’s media and police. • He compared Oklahoma’s Sharia-ban measure to historical atrocities, including the Trail of Tears. • He praised the work of Tariq Ramadan, grandson of the Muslim Brotherhood’s founder. • He defended his friend Mohamed Soltan, whose father was a senior Brotherhood figure. • His campaign received donations from CAIR-associated individuals, and his father-in-law contributed $300,000 to a supporting PAC. • He argued that a Brotherhood-led Egypt would not necessarily resemble Iran. Call me crazy, but if you talk like this, you’re actually the threat to democracy. I’m regularly invited to speak to classes about getting involved in politics. I’ve helped both conservative and liberal students find their respective paths because that’s what normal people do. They get young people involved. More involvement is a good thing. You’re actually horrible, @ElissaSlotkin.

A VOTER ASKED ONE QUESTION. ABDUL EL-SAYED MADE HIM THE VILLAIN. A Michigan voter asked if he disavows the Muslim Brotherhood. He said yes, then demanded to know if the voter had, and posted the clip to dunk on him. Running for Senate means you answer the voters. You don't put them on trial.

🚨 AOC IS LYING TO MICHIGAN VOTERS. Campaigning with Abdul El-Sayed, AOC claimed: "They don't want women to go to college." That's ridiculous. Per Fox's Brian Kilmeade, the push is to stop paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for useless degrees and to steer students toward practical ones. It has nothing to do with stopping women from graduating. Trump's chief of staff is a woman, and so are plenty of the people in his cabinet. Nobody has put more women in power than this president. AOC can't win on the facts, so she makes things up. Michigan sees right through it.
