Continued secrecy surrounding the Epstein files, with Trump’s Justice Department still withholding records. A costly, senseless war with Iran that has driven prices even higher. The last two years have been a disaster. Americans wanted a Congress and President focused on lowering their costs. Instead, they got a Republican Congress that rubber-stamped Trump’s reckless decisions and corruption every step of the way.

This morning’s inflation report showed inflation increased substantially last month. I just want to remind people: It didn’t have to be this way.   Inflation was trending down for over two years before Trump took office. It was projected to fall to 2.1% in 2026, near the Fed’s target. Trump could have just stayed the course.   Instead, his senseless tariffs and dumb war have shot inflation back up, with no relief from high prices in sight.
