Trump sent his political advisors to the Republika Srpska to provide counsel on voting– and they were paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for it. After their trip, the corrupt, pro-Russia candidate and his party won races across the political entity. It's not right. That's why I'm sending my concerns directly to the President. Trump must answer our questions and be held accountable.

Holding Jeffrey Epstein accountable means investigating ALL angles of his crimes. That’s why I’m proud to have joined @OversightDems in introducing legislation calling out Wall Street for enabling Epstein’s actions and demanding the release of his records. The victims and survivors deserve justice. And we’re following the evidence to find the truth. nytimes.com/2026/10/15/busin…

On this World Food Day, I want to call attention to the millions of Americans experiencing food insecurity as a direct result of Trump’s cuts to food assistance. I’m fighting to reverse the cuts and end food insecurity. Nobody should have to wonder where their next meal is coming from.

I condemn the hatred demonstrated in Illinois and stand with the Hindu and Indian American communities. Everyone deserves to be able to worship safely and without fear for their lives.
Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-Illinois) said that he and his family were worshiping at a Hindu temple in Aurora, Illinois, on Sunday when an alleged white supremacist attempted a mass shooting. wapo.st/3U4Svga

Heartbroken by the news of more senseless and avoidable violence at Silver Rail Elementary in Bend. My heart is with the families of the victims and the entire Bend-La Pine Schools community in this unimaginable moment. apnews.com/article/oregon-sc…

Just another example of ICE disrupting our region with complete disregard for safety and order. ICE must be stripped for parts and their leadership held accountable for the damage they have done to our communities and neighbors. stltoday.com/news/local/crim…

I sat down with @KMOV to discuss the over $10M in funding I secured for St. Louis Community College. Let’s keep working to bring more opportunities to the next generation of St. Louisans.

Ukraine fighting for its sovereignty is NOT “ridiculous.” RIDICULOUS is Trump’s claim that Putin wants to make a deal more than the country who has been at the other end of his attacks for years.
HAPPENING NOW!! I asked @POTUS about Russia’s reported ceasefire violation and overnight attack on Ukraine. Trump said he was “not sure about that,” adding that Zelensky and Putin “have to get together and end that ridiculous war.”

I recently had the pleasure of speaking at @Mastercard's Dreams Built Here event. When we invest in our small businesses we are investing in ourselves and our own communities. St. Louis has not seen its best days and I will keep working in Congress to bring more resources and opportunities back to our region.

On this World Mental Health Day, I want to underscore the importance of making mental health care more accessible to all.  I truly believe that to fix public safety, you have to fix public health— including mental health.  I’m fighting to build a community in St. Louis where mental health resources are open to everyone who needs them.

Wanted to take a moment to shout out my amazing team.  We had our 2026 staff retreat in DC last week, and learned more about working with each other and how to best represent everyone back home in the district.  HUGE thank you to each and every one of these folks for the tireless work they put into serving MO-01! Couldn’t do this without all of you. 🫶🏾

Thankful to see the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline resume its services for LGBTQ+ youth in crisis. The Trump Administration should never have been allowed to remove this service, but I'm glad it's back for those who need it. As a proud member of the Congressional Equality Caucus, I'll keep fighting for mental health resources for all. It's why I've introduced the 988 Day resolution in both years I've served in Congress. People need to know there's always somewhere to turn in their darkest moments.
