I heard mixed things about @nealadamsdotcom from people who have met him at cons. My experience meeting him was fantastic. I met him once at a comic con in Pittsburgh back in 2015. He was very nice to me and I was happy to have met him. #RIPNealAdams

Today, I received this wonderful message from a woman who bought my #NightWolf Vol 1 Die-cut hard cover trade paperback at a con for her grandson. This got me right in the feels because of my own experience with comics helping me cope with my learning disabilities.

Can’t believe it’s been 16 years already. One of the best friends anyone could wish for in life. He was loyal as they come, random as can be, extremely frustrating at times, and as supportive as a doting parent. There will never be another like John A Derry. Love & miss you, bro!

Been bidge watching Cobra Kai. Can’t help think about how these two were really the nicest guys in real life. Met them at the Motor City Comic Con back when cons were still a thing. Man, I miss comic cons.

I painted this in high school back in 2001. It’s now hanging in my Mancave or as I like to call it, my wolf den.
