Needed some fresh bread today. Baked this loaf - @CotswoldFlour 200g Strong white, 200g Churchill white & 100g Whychwood Oat blend. Little water spritzed across the top, with a peppering of sesame seeds before baking. Once baked I’ve brush a little butter over the top, to glaze.

While the oven was on, for my earlier bake, I’ve also baked sweet mince (9 deep filled and 12 mini) pies and 3 apples pie, as there’s always one, that doesn’t like sweet mince 🤷♂️

#Pastry week on #gbbo - there’s 2 large Leek pies/pasties. I’ve made cheese n onion pasties too. The little pie is for my great niece, who won’t eat quiche but will eat an egg and cheese pie (strange child) #GBBOTwitterBakeAlong

Spent a little time in the kitchen today. 1st up Swiss Roll, then I’ve baked Cheese & Fruit scones. There’s 2 dozen fruit cakes, of which 14 have a 🎃 on them. These and the scones are for my aunt.
I’ve also baked Sticky Ginger cakes and Pizza dogs.

My #gbbo ‘Ultimate Garlic bread’ signature bake. A bulb of roast garlic, spread over the dough, then topped with ham and cheese. I then fold it like an envelope and divide in 12. Each piece is cut into thirds, plaited and rolled into balls & baked in a tray #GBBOTwitterBakeAlong

… sausage rolls, with cheese and sesame seed topping. Chilli cheese swirls. Mashed potato, with finely diced onion and cheese, on top of puff pastry, sprinkled with chilli flakes, rolled up and sliced before baking. Very Moreish
