Thanks a lot for the invitation #SMLMS2024 , so glad to be here to share our last results ! Remember we are hiring post-docs with various backgrounds, don't hesitate to contact me ! @ISMOlab_Orsay
Our next invited #SMLMS2024 speaker @S_LevequeFort amazed us with her work on enhancing #SMLM using temporal modulation, excitation patterns, and spectral demixing #ModLoc, and flux-based demixing. Such beautiful images 🤩 @SMLM_Symposium
If you are interested by building or applying new microscopes around single molecule, FLIM, in depth imaging, live-cell+ SMLM…, we are opening new post-doc positions for various backgrounds funded by ERC grant (flexible start).

Busy afternoon at @ISMOlab_Orsay for the ANF FLIM with @GDR_ImaBio for the 5 workshops, Time gated on our home made setup, new wide field FLIM detectors on our home made 2, 2ph FLIM, FLIM for demixing, analysis approaches. Feeling like being at a mini MiFoBio but home 🤩 !!🔬
ANF FLIM day 3, with lectures from Giulia Bertolin on biosensors, and from Marc Tramier on How to achieve fast flim, with the crucial question : To fit or not to fit ? Let’s compare during the workshops this afternoon ! @GDR_ImaBio
Whole Program of the FLIM workshop organized today in Orsay, as part of the ANF CNRS UTBM-FLIM, by the @GDR_ImaBio in collaboration with the Nanobio team and the CPBM from ;@ISMOlab_Orsay
Day 2 of the workshop "High Resolution 3D Microscopy in Biology: Development & Applications", by @GDR_ImaBio@Fr_BioImaging, with @Gaelle_Recher on Polarized cell self organisation in closed system, evidences for a gradient of phenotypes from healthy to cancerous morphogenesis
Afternoon session with Sophie Brasselet on Polarized microscopy in 3D to image complex biomolecular organizations @InstitutFresnel with some sample from @christlet
Followed by Lorry Mazella on extended depth of field random illumination microscopy, EDF-RIM, provides super resolved projective imaging @InstitutFresnel
To conclude this first afternoon @aurel_barbotin on direct measurement of membrane fluidity with TIRF FCS, and Matthieu Ducros on pushing the limits of lattice light sheet for in depth imaging thanks to adaptative optics !
