A Chinese geologist applauded Azure as a textbook example of ONLY spending 9 months from an exploration junior (for lithium) to getting itself sold to a major. The following collapse of Li price actually made this sale even more remarkable!

Im starting to become a fan of Yaxel (wanted to wait a few games first to see if his play can back him up). Hope he will have a long and good career, while remaining as who he is
One thing about Yaxel Lendeborg is that he’s got no filter, which is honestly pretty respectable.
When I interviewed him at the Combine and Summer League, he was one of the most honest players I’ve ever spoken with. This postgame is a prime example of that⬇️

NBA is a business, and Flagg is one of the faces of the league. It doesnt matter if the play is dirty or not, Nesmith as a commodity is easily replaceable while the league needs to protect its valuable assets. If no suspension then there will be more blue collars hurting the stars
BREAKING: The Dallas Mavericks announced that Cooper Flagg underwent an MRI that revealed a mild left shoulder sprain, and he is OUT for tonight’s home opener against the San Antonio Spurs and will be re-evaluated next week.
Flagg suffered the shoulder injury after a flagrant foul by Aaron Nesmith on Friday night.

The Chinese economy has been in deflation for yrs, high unemployment rate, low consumption desire. But lots of bubbles have already been deflated unlike the US.Instead of spending in wars, they spend $ on tech development, manufacturing & infrastructure. nitter.siddz.com/i/trending/21140517874…

Who cares about margin when some of the fund managers feeling they are too old and too late to learn commodities, and maybe some dont event know how to spell tungsten? I know someone famous who always predicted a US$30 oil price 😆
CMOC 洛阳钼业 released its Q3 results.
Look at those big fat margins in their mining segments.
80% on Tungsten!!! That's accounting the -16% drop in production coming from Yulu JV.
But CMOC's Tungsten is coming from tailings operations so it's not a good representation of the entire market.
Even a niche metal like Niobium is getting 42.69% gross profit margin.
The Chinese efficiency is unreal.

No intention to offend anyone, but if there is a new technology that could create gold from thin air, I would bet my $ such technology will be developed by the Chinese - they are good in destroying a market by ramping up supplies until margin goes negative
Ever notice that once in a while you see new supply of #Gold
1. Asteroid mining 11/2024 (Gold price $2651-2749)
2. Earth is leaking gold 6/2025 (Gold price $3281-3452)
3. Alchemy works 10/22/2026 (Gold price $4024)
Usually the market would believe that for a while (no matter how ridiculous the claim is) and then price shot up 🤔

Thats why my exit strategy is always hoping for M&A. Since 2021, 22 companies announced being bought out when I was holding their shares. 1/3 of them were from the lithium space. Hope more M&As will take place in the critical minerals space.
Lots will go wrong. Always does. Better off investing in speculation, rather than 'real business' - as soon as developers become producers, the alpha is gone.

I have lots of talks with various buyside and companies recently. One theme most come up with is market doesn't lack money now. Buyers are just very selective and like to buy what others been buying. But this makes me 😅

Market sentiment wise you probably dont fell critical minerals and uranium are being hated. But share price wise it is probably the most hated sector in the mining space

To all junior mining executives: Not all money is equal. Say NO to money from Regal. Their money may smell good short term but in the medium to long term they will become pain of everyones ass

Germany is the first country to receive first lot of APT export in 2H27 from China totalling 20 tonnes.
Average price of RMB1.97m/tonne, or US3,340/mtu.
The ex-China APT premium is wild.

Its not just #coal, but also #uranium #tin #rareearths etc. that a disconnect between commodity prices and related equities. Its like this year the market decided to throw other commodities aways except gold, copper and oil. Maybe the quant funds have sth to do with this?
$975.HK is a met coal company down 30% YTD when the price of the product it sell is up 30% (their own sales prices dot-plotted in latest release on Friday). Sure there's been some cost increases.. but...
Thermal coal is even wilder.. the stocks are flat to down.. the commodity is up 30-40% and the commodity relatively is about 50% cheaper than the alternative.. 🤔🤔

Spent 2 days at Ignitepartners event in HK. # participants not as crowded as it was earlier this yr. Based on my eye test (could be wrong), #lithium might be a contrarian play now.

The financial market ignores both China Rare Earths and Baosteel decided to raise prices in rare earth concentrates starting Q4 26 - while only up 0.53% from Q3, it was actually up 48% yoy....it sends signals that the Chinese REE leaders have set floor price for the minerals
The VanEck Rare Earth, Strategic Metals & Lithium ETF (REMX) is in free fall, hitting another 52-week low today. Has the capitulation phase started? 👇
Watch for many opportunities that are incoming.
