The U.S. Advanced CEMETS Institute brought 14 states to Indiana to build more aligned education‑to‑workforce systems. Excited to share how Indiana’s policy landscape + local innovations are increasing access to career-connected learning, apprenticeships, & credentials of value.

Connecting with students and educators is always the best! Had so much fun at Andrews and Horace Mann elementaries--- greeting students at drop-off, reading the daily announcements, practicing letters and numbers, reading books, and checking out their cool pumpkin creations!

Our visit across northeast Indiana continued with a great check‑in with local superintendents, followed by a tour of J. Kruse Education Center where students of all ages are exploring careers, getting personalized career guidance, and discovering the path that's right for them!

Northeast Indiana’s annual Viva College! Scholarship Lunch brought together students, families, educators, and community leaders to celebrate this year’s scholarship recipients. Grateful to cheer them on as they dream big, work hard, and leave their mark on the world! 🎓✨
