When I started our Reseller community, I didn’t know much.
What did our members want?
How could I help them succeed?
What resources did they need?
So, I booked 196 Zoom calls.
Yes, it blew up my calendar, but the value was off the charts.
Here's my takeaways from these 15 minute connections with amazing people:
1. The positive reaction to meeting someone new who wants to learn from you can't be overstated.
2. That positivity is contagious. Yes, I hope they learn something from me, but the feeling of purpose I get when they do is rocket fuel for me.
3. If you want to find out what your followers want to learn, talk to them directly.
4. These people all had one thing in common: they want something more out of life.
5. Recording and reviewing these calls in aggregate is incredibly valuable.
6. Behind each "like", comment, follow or Mastermind membership is a real person who is just like you.
Someone who wants to learn and connect with others.
Bonus takeaway:
Talk to more of your followers, members, customers.
They will tell you exactly what they need.

Someone in the replies said your first $500 is probably sitting in your closet.
They are right.
Old PCs. Spare RAM. That box in the garage.
If I needed to make an extra $5,000 a month for my family, here are the 9 steps I would take starting today:
1. Walk around. You don’t need to buy anything to start reselling. Look in your closet, garage, or basement. We all have things we never use.
2. Fit the product to the marketplace.
Apparel = Poshmark, Whatnot, and TikTok Live Selling.
Larger items go on Facebook Marketplace.
eBay is for everything else.
3. Learn from these first sales. Product photos, listing details, pricing, shipping, and customer service.
4. Get your Resale Permit (link in comments).
5. Find your niche. What do you love? What is your Unfair Advantage?
6. Research who the best sellers are in your niche. Copy them, only do it better.
7. Register on every liquidation platform you can find (link in comments).
8. Start small. Only buy when you know what you can sell it for.
9. Rinse and repeat. Keep experimenting, learning, and improving.
Reselling is a simple way to make money. It's hard work, and it's not passive, but the system is proven.
