Just wrapped my conversation with Stuti Pandey at @Money2020. I’m still thinking about a few things: AI is pushing the cost of thinking toward zero. Stablecoins are doing the same to the cost of moving money. When both happen at once, who captures the value? Stuti’s answer is regulated trust, data, and distribution. I’d add that it all sits at the edges, where money enters and leaves through cards, ACH, PIX, and local wallets. Merchants don’t ask us for crypto. They ask for faster money. Stablecoins do the work in between, just as most people don’t know how ACH works but know when their paycheck hits their account. Here’s the real thing, though. The next customer on those rails is software. When the buyer is an agent, the checkout page changes drastically. Agentic payments start with agents paying for what they consume, like inference, compute, and data, per request, in fractions of a cent. Coinflow is already powering that with Tempo. People still fund those agents with cards and bank accounts, so the job is connecting both sides. That’s our Network of Networks, applied to agents. Liability is the open question: who pays when an agent buys the wrong thing. It makes fraud and chargeback indemnity even more important. We’re built on that foundation and have been doing it for years, but everyone should build the future of agentic commerce. If you’re in Vegas and working on agentic payments, find me or DM me.

At @money2020 this week, one question comes up a lot: does @CoinflowLabs only work with crypto companies? No. Far from it. Merchants accept the payments their customers already use. Cards, ACH, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Interac, SEPA, PIX, and more. #Stablecoins sit underneath. A card payment that usually takes T+2-3 days to reach the merchant now settles in T+5 seconds. Want crypto pay-ins and payouts? You can have them. Don’t? You never see it. In Vegas? Find me and let’s chat.

I’ll be on the Money20/20 stage in Las Vegas next week with Stuti Pandey from @PanteraCapital. 📍 October 20th, 4:40 PM @ The Intersection Stage We’re talking about two things getting cheap at the same time: cognition, thanks to AI, and settling money, thanks to stablecoins. When both get close to free, where does the value in payments end up? Stuti’s view is that it moves away from the rails and toward regulated trust, data, and distribution. I’ll bring the view from inside @CoinflowLabs, a company running this in production right now. A merchant accepts payment via card, Venmo, ACH, PIX, you name it. Under the hood, we settle in #stablecoins. The merchant never sees it. Neither does their customer. Both get the outcome they desire faster and more securely than ever. Let’s keep the conversation going after. If you’ll be at #Money2020USA, DM me, and we can find time.

Talked to an operator at @G2Eshows last week who's living this. Mid-sized platform, ~$3M/month in volume. Their processor flagged their dispute ratio and hit them with a rolling reserve: 15% held back for 180 days. The math: Week one: $100K+ parked in someone else's account. Month one: pushing $500K. Quarter one: over $1M, still climbing until day 180, when it plateaus around $2.7M. That's not a fee. That's your working capital held hostage. He's not an outlier. Almost everyone I talked to had a version of this story. We underwrite gaming risk from the start: approvals that hold, chargebacks absorbed, and no surprise offboarding when volume surges. Your processor shouldn't be the reason you have a cash flow problem.

Last day at @G2Eshows. I've been having the same conversation for four days straight: operators don't realize how many good players they're declining. Prepaid cards, small repeat top-ups, VPN traffic, players in emerging markets… Your favorite game’s generic risk model flags it all as fraud. One operator told me they'd completely written off an entire region as "bad at converting." Turns out, it wasn't the region. It was the processor. Then, the chargebacks. In-game currency, skins, passes, tournament entries are spent instantly and disputed weeks later as "the item wasn't what I expected." After enough of those, you get a warning letter. Enough warning letters and you get dropped, no notice. Your business halts. The closed network strikes again. So people run two processors just in case. And their players still wait days to get paid. What seems like multiple distinct problems is actually one: a payments stack built for retail, bent sideways to fit an industry that moves faster and riskier than almost anything else. Higher approvals on exactly the players other processors flag. Chargebacks absorbed instead of stacking against you. Payouts in seconds. That’s the new standard for gaming payments.

Most people think payment service providers just process transactions. But those built with the network at the core unlock more for merchants and for the network itself. Let me explain. Every rail we connect — cards, ACH, PIX, SEPA, RTP, wallets — makes the @CoinflowLabs Network of Networks more valuable to every merchant on it. More global merchants = worth connecting the next network More rails = more ways to get paid Every transaction sharpens fraud models for everyone, not just one merchant. Approval rates climb as the network grows. One day, you look up, and your payments processor has become your growth network. 📈

Most platforms treat PayPal and Venmo like a checkbox, not a real rail. No saved accounts. No payout support. Often no chargeback protection. Cards get full infrastructure. Everything else gets bolted on. @CoinflowLabs helped to close that gap this month. Saved accounts, wallet payouts, chargeback protection across most rails. Same infrastructure cards have always had. No exceptions.

21 of the world's largest banks (including Goldman Sachs, BofA, Citi, Deutsche Bank, UBS, and Wells Fargo) just announced a joint USD stablecoin. Target launch is H1 2027. The detail that matters: JPMorgan isn't on that list. They're running a different bet. Tokenized deposits via The Clearing House. Same problem. Two architectures. And notably, this is happening regardless of Washington. The #CLARITY Act failed a key Senate vote yesterday. The banks aren't waiting for that to start building. Let's see what’s next. 👀

Most processors work great for ticketing platforms for ~250 days a year. Then an on-sale hits. Volume spikes 20x in an afternoon. The processor built for steady flow treats your biggest day as fraud. Rolling reserves. Chargeback liability by default. Payouts bolted onto a stack never built to run both ways. We built @CoinflowLabs for the shape ticketing actually takes: ✦ Multi-acquirer orchestration for demand surges ✦ Instant settlement, 24/7/365 ✦ Chargebacks indemnified, not absorbed ✦ Pay-ins, splits, payouts in one API If your processor was built for collecting money, and your business moves it both ways. That's the mismatch worth fixing.

Somewhere right now, there's a manual compliance task that could be streamlined. Two systems that don't talk to each other. Chasing the same banking partner for the same document... again. Small stuff. But it adds up to real drag on a team moving billions a year. @CoinflowLabs is hiring a Senior Product Manager to fix that. Start to finish, from scratch. Big opportunity if you're up for it. Let's build! 🔗 u.coinflow.sh/hDBvQ8

Ticketing has quietly become one of the most complex corners of payments. Real-time settlement, marketplace resale, and chargeback patterns in the ticketing industry don't behave like typical commerce. Modern payments infrastructure is crucial for any ticket company to grow. Coinflow's Anurag Vuthunuri and Steven Cook are hosting Interchange, a private dinner in New York City that brings together a small group of leaders from across the #ticketing industry to compare notes on what's working and what's next in product strategy. Spots are very limited. Get your seat at the table: luma.com/osf9tjv7 Tag your favorite ticketing leader in the comments to put this on their radar. #NYC 🤝

A venue sells out a Saturday night concert. Doors close at 11. Artist gets paid. Venue team goes home. The proceeds show up 2-6 weeks later. 🫠 For a mid-sized venue doing 12 shows a month, that's ~$750K permanently in transit (financed on a credit line) because nobody built faster rails. Well, @CoinflowLabs did. Instant settlement + indemnified chargebacks means venues get paid in days, not weeks. Full breakdown 🔗 coinflow.cash/blog/event-set…

Companies like @raincards and @CoinflowLabs have been solving the same problem from different angles for a while now. Different entry points leading to the same finish line: money that moves instantly and securely, without the friction this industry has endured for decades. On September 14th, we’re bringing the teams together during MoneyLIVE North America to discuss where this is all going over cocktails and food at the iconic @GibsonsSteak. If you're in #Chicago for #MoneyLIVE (or you just live here and want in on the conversation) request an invite below. Spots are limited. 🍽️ luma.com/rainandcoinflow

Stablecoins 101. (part 3) When we first started @CoinflowLabs, we needed to wire money to our European entity. Simple task. We had it sitting at JPMorgan. (the biggest bank in the world) We tried to send the wire through the portal. Didn’t work. The bank held the payment and asked for more information. Fair enough, that's their job. But the resolution was: come in person. So my co-founder and I walked to the nearest branch and sat there for an hour and a half, manually processing a wire on a day we didn't have an hour and a half to spare. That's the problem #stablecoins actually solve. Today, our merchants move tens of billions of dollars a year straight from their own wallets. No phone calls. No branch visits. No sitting and waiting to move money that's already theirs. Instant. Cheaper. More secure. Just better infrastructure in almost every way that matters.

A trip is never just one payment. It's a half-dozen. Or more. Room rate. Resort fee. A spa treatment. A tour booked through the concierge. A rideshare to the airport. Contractors and vendors who never see a cent of that transaction until weeks later, if the numbers reconcile cleanly at all. Travel platforms and online travel agencies have quietly become multi-party marketplaces, but most of them are still settling like it's one merchant, one payout. That leads to one big reconciliation problem at the end of the month. Stablecoin settlement changes the mechanics entirely. One payment comes in — a traveler's card, wallet, whatever they prefer — and is split instantly among all parties involved. The property gets its share. The tour operator gets paid the same day instead of net-30. The driver doesn't wait on a monthly true-up. No pooled funds sitting in the wrong place. No manual reconciliation is required when matching a dozen line items to a single deposit. Just money landing where it's supposed to. In seconds, not days. @CoinflowLabs is unlocking serious growth for these travel platforms, and leaders in the space are moving over fast. DM me if you're ready to talk. The platforms that figure this out first won't just move money faster. They'll turn payments from a backend cost center into the layer that actually holds their multi-party ecosystem together.

.@CoinflowLabs is one of 25 founding members of @raincards' Agentic Payments Alliance, launched this week alongside Visa, Mastercard, Fiserv, Circle and Solana. Coinflow CEO @SirDigitalDan on why agentic commerce needs stablecoins: "There has to be a way to move money instantly. Agents move at the speed of the internet." "No other currency and infrastructure moves at that speed, so it has to be stablecoins." On what an alliance does for the space: "You wanna be part of alliances because they get you distribution. They get mindshare. We're still very early innings." "Empower them with your infrastructure, and then motivate other people who are just starting out."
