→ Max duration increased from 2 to 2.5 seconds.

Eternal Scepter:
→ Damage and healing reduced from 60 to 55.
Invigorating Drones:
→ Duration reduced from 6 to 5 seconds.

why is staggering in scrim not normal, its literally what would happen in ur official matches, go practice for that. i want ppls opinions on this i rly dont get why its not allowed
