If I have to mangle the envelope and risk damaging the cards inside it because you've taped every surface to every other surface, you've over packaged.
If the card is floating in a sleeve in an envelope, you've under packaged.

hey if we're dunking on the prism guy knock your socks off i guess but like don't run around screaming about how the cards are marked when he's very clearly marking inner sleeves and then sleeving them in unmarked normal outers that look uniform in the library (where it matters)
