#update Per DPS: The driver who caused a crash on I10 and 43rd Ave yesterday has been released and he will be long formed for distracted driving. Detectives determined he was not impaired at the time of the collision. A 4yo boy died in the crash. @azfamily

The lawyer for the family of an Arizona State hockey player critically injured during a team workout is asking Maricopa County’s top prosecutor to open a criminal investigation.
