Kurate took 1st place at the @SuperteamNL Demo Day for the @colosseum hackathon.
Euro stablecoins deserve their own DeFi layer. We're building it on Solana.
Thank you SuperteamNL 🇳🇱

Huge congrats to the Spout team on their raise, especially our members @MrReijn , @Mierlo1999 (& ofc congrats to @0xmryan as well!)
amazing founders who are always ready to help others in the NL community
as tokenized equities become the norm, Spout is building one of their most exciting use cases: borrowing against your stocks at 0% APR
We’re excited to announce that Spout has raised a $2m strategic round from @DraperDragon, @Anchorage, @FlowTraders, @Taisu_Ventures, @VesselVC, @solayer_labs, @2SquareCapital and @Bering_Waters, with strategic backing from @solanalabs
Borrowing against your own stock doesn’t have to cost interest.
Post tokenized US equities as collateral. Borrow USDC at a flat 50% LTV. Pay 0% interest for as long as you hold the loan.
The lender is paid out of covered call premium written weekly against that collateral, not out of a rate the borrower pays. That is the whole trick.

GM 💛
Really enjoyed judging the Dutch builders competing in the Netherlands track of the @colosseum Hackathon! 🇳🇱
Seeing people pour their blood, sweat and tears into their projects was amazing.
Judging has been on my bucket list for a while, so hopefully this was just the first time 🫡
Every hackathon, I see more and stronger talent coming through @SuperteamNL.
Can’t wait to see what they’ll build in the next 6 months! 🔥
Happy Friday 💛

European builders, building for Europe. 🇪🇺
Two of our members just shipped the DeFi layer for euro stablecoins on @solana. Earn and borrow EURC and EURØP, live today on @kurate_finance
€ € €
Europeans live in euros, yet everything onchain runs in dollars.
Kurate is the DeFi layer for euro stablecoins, building the infrastructure institutions need to operate in euros onchain.
Starting today, anyone can earn and borrow on EURC and EURØP on Solana.

We shared the @SuperteamNL launch video a while back but thought it'd be cool to show a little more of how it came together.
Here's the storyboard running alongside the final edit
