Writing 🏆🥞BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS!💙🦅 Celebrating our STATE CHAMPION Lady Eagles with a little breakfast this morning! What an incredible few days and a special accomplishment for these girls and coaches! A HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported our Lady Eagles throughout this journey! Whether you traveled to Columbus, packed the stands, cheered us on from home, or sent messages of encouragement, we felt the love and support every step of the way! We are so thankful for our Eagle family and this community that continues to show up for our girls! **Once an Eagle, Always an Eagle!** GIAA AAA STATE CHAMPIONS! 🏆💙🥎 @KacySheffield10 @harleesheffield

Congratulations to Alyssa, Caroline, and Hadley on being selected to play in the GIAA Softball All-Star Game! Congratulations also to Coach Walker, who will be coaching the team! What a special honor for these Lady Eagles and their coach! We are proud of you and can’t wait to watch you represent TA! 🦅

A lot can be said about the three days we spent in Columbus for the GIAA Softball State Playoffs, but at the end of the day the one word that comes to mind is FAMILY! There were many times during the season where things happened and these girls picked each other up every single time. Each and every player had their good days and bad days and thru it all, they all stayed together, stayed away from the finger pointing, and played for each other. I can’t leave out the coaches either, through thick and thin they had their backs the whole season. During the Westfield game in the playoffs, I was fortunate enough to sit close enough to the dugout to hear an in between innings pep talk after a rough inning where we gave up the lead due to errors. The focus was definitely on scoring runs, but it was also for playing for your teammates and leaving it all out there for each other! Yet again, emphasizing family in a situation where we could have finger pointed and the game could have gone a different route. 4 years ago when these Seniors were Freshman, we were the #16 seed and were bounced in the first round. Fast forward 4 years and a lot of those same girls are STATE CHAMPS! The future will be fun to watch! Thanks to those that came before that paved the way for this to happen, it could not have happened without you!
