We want YOU to be able to perform at your best. * If you are someone who is interested in testing themselves in a team environment but maybe you are worried about your work schedule getting in the way of your ability to always participate, This is not a concern as we all have day jobs & are primarily focused on the major special events. We have no rules on minimum participation. Only rule is if you confirm / commit to an event to not back out of it & leave the team hanging ( Obviously emergencies are completely understandable ) * If you are someone who is interested in testing yourself in a team environment but you are concerned about making mistakes / being yelled at or treated poorly, We have a very supportive lax environment as this is the best most effective way to draw out the most potential from your drivers. We have members who are very good at coaching & if you are open to help & constructive friendly criticism, This is another common problem that you need not worry about on our team. Our top squad goal is to reach as high up into the splits & competitive scene as possible, To continue to build our brand out & continue to raise our exposure & visibility within the sim racing eco system. We have multiple streamers on our team & do our streams & events differently than most. We have established leadership, But at no point will seniority or inner circle style selection make it difficult for our new recruits to get their chance. On Team LRG, The only thing that dictates who is on the top squad, Is performance on track & off track. You will never be skipped over for another driver simply because they have been there longer. If you earn your shot, You have got it.
