Ossoff: I've been passionately committed to reform since before I ever entered politics. And from the moment I was sworn in, I've applied that passion to the power that I've wielded on behalf of my state in the Senate — investigating and exposing corruption and civil rights abuses in our federal prison system, helping lead the charge to ban stock trading by members of Congress, introducing legislation to ban corporate PACs. And the interesting thing is, no matter where I go in Georgia, when I talk about the systemic corruption in our political system, when I talk about the Citizens United decision, which unleashed secret money, corporate money, billionaire money into our political system on both sides of the aisle, heads are nodding.

Ossoff: What a mistake he made, Reverend, by launching his attack on voting rights here at the civic and spiritual center of the very Black history that the Trump administration tries so hard to erase. The people's answer is proving massive. I hear it at every pulpit. I see it in the data demonstrating a galvanized determination on the part of Georgia voters to turn out in such record numbers and to win by such decisive margins that no dirty tricks they cook up in the Oval Office can foil the will of the people.

Ossoff: Right now there is wickedness in high places in the United States. You all have seen it, yes? You've seen health insurance torn away from those in the middle of a cancer fight. You've seen the nation once again lied into war. While it costs more than ever in American history to stock your fridge or fill up your truck or power your home or go to the doctor, you see the president adorn his office in gold, build monuments to himself, and line his own pockets with billions of dollars. Corruption on a scale unprecedented in our Republic's history… And let's be clear about one thing, there's only one man who tried to commit voter fraud in the state of Georgia in 2020, and it was Donald J. Trump when he called up Brad Raffensperger and demanded that he find him the votes he needed to win in a state that he’d lost.

Ossoff: In 17 days, Georgia, when the polls close, we'll defeat the bigot congressman, Trump puppet Mike Collins. In 17 days, our juggernaut Democratic coordinated campaign will have turned out the vote like never before to elect Josh McLaurin, Penny Brown Reynolds, Tanya Miller, and Democrats up and down the ballot across our state. In 17 days, we'll elect Keisha Lance Bottoms the next governor of Georgia... Some people just happen to live at times and in places where history is made. And this year, once again Georgia, that's us. So, Georgia, are you ready to work?

Ossoff: Now maybe you saw Trump's so desperate he's begging Putin for diesel. But listen to this, at the very same time, the White House is brokering the sale of billions in Russian energy assets to people who fund the Trump family and the Trump campaign. We're talking oil fields, refineries, gas stations all over the world to be sold to the first family's cronies in a deal brokered and backed by the U.S. government… Amidst a global energy crisis, the president's son-in-law and the president's business partner are brokering the sale of Russian oil fields to the first family's friends. The same friends who have poured hundreds of millions of dollars into Trump family businesses. And then there's Marco Rubio committing $1.6 billion of your money to back the Trump boys' mining interests in Kazakhstan. Did you hear about that? Pete Hegseth steering hundreds of millions of Pentagon dollars to back Don Jr.'s magnet investment. Venezuelan oil money turning up in Qatari bank accounts. Because, see, they are literally the elites they pretend to hate. And here's the bottom line: If you're involved in any of this, next year you'll be raising your right hand and swearing to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God, in front of the United States Congress.

Ossoff: This is what small men like Donald Trump and Mike Collins will never understand — that our national greatness flows not through our blood or our genes but through our ideas, our aspirations, and our care for one another. Mike Collins, who put people with Klan ties in campaign leadership roles, who personally himself has promoted neo-Nazi propaganda, who praised a mob that was harassing a Black woman on a college campus with monkey sounds. And I don't know if you saw the debates last week. Mike, if you want to go again, I'm ready. I'm ready, Mike. But see, at last week's debate, he couldn't even bring himself to say he'd stop the production of neo-Nazi propaganda from his own house. Did you see that? I told Mike we could shake on it. All he had to do was stop neo-Nazi propaganda from his house for three weeks. He refused.

Ossoff: Maybe you saw Donald Trump was in Dalton yesterday. Oblivious to the collapse of his presidency, a crowd smaller than this one endured two hours of senile babbling while the price of oil hit its five-month high. Now remember, they promised to lower prices on day one. Instead, under the failed President Donald J. Trump, it costs more than ever in American history to fill up your truck, stock your fridge, visit the doctor, or power your home. They promised to drain the swamp. Instead, it's the most corrupt administration of all time, and everybody knows it.

Ossoff: We learned last week that his so-called convoy captains, these people in leadership roles in Mike Collins' political organization, some of them had ties to the Ku Klux Klan, and then we learned today that other so-called convoy captains in Mike Collins’ organization have serious criminal histories, including criminal records, heinous crimes against children. These are people that the congressman has elevated to leadership roles in his campaign, and I am calling on him to disband this convoy captains program, which has brought dishonor to our state and may pose some kind of threat to public safety.

Ossoff: Immediate policy priorities include repeal of the tariffs, an end to the war, repeal of the Medicaid cuts, restoration of Affordable Care Act benefits — those are things that can immediately relieve the American people's economic suffering. But there does have to be accountability, and I want to be clear that when I say accountability, I don't mean vengeance. I don't mean something punitive and partisan. But we're a nation of laws in which our Constitution vests the Congress with vital oversight functions. And when we face abuses of power and corruption of this magnitude, literally unprecedented in the history of the American presidency, as members of Congress, we have an obligation to investigate and to ensure that those facts become public and that there's accountability for misdeeds.

Ossoff: I don't like bigotry. I don't like the Klan. I don't like neo-Nazis… I don't accept that a sitting member of Congress should appoint people to leadership roles in his political organization with documented ties to the Ku Klux Klan. And it's not just the folks around Mike Collins, it's Mike Collins himself. This is a sitting member of Congress who called for immigrants to be executed by throwing them to their deaths out of helicopters. Mike Collins personally amplified neo-Nazi propaganda online. It's disqualifying for a member of Congress and for a candidate for the U.S. Senate.

FOX 5: A group of truckers held a press conference to call on U.S. Senate candidate Mike Collins to stand up to President Trump and demand an end to the war in Iran… The war is causing gas and diesel prices to skyrocket across the country, and Collins continues to support the president.

WANF: Diesel prices have skyrocketed about 77% this year from an average of $3.76 before the Iran war… more than $6 a gallon in September. It’s certainly driving up costs all along the supply chain and putting a big strain on Georgia truck drivers… They say these prices, well, guess what, they’re being passed down to consumers like you and I.

Georgia trucker on rising gas prices: That should make every Georgian frustrated. Because on top of that, higher fuel costs mean the cost of everyday goods are going up. Gas, toilet paper, paper towels, green beans, anything you get is going up because of this.

Ossoff: I want you to know that I will always stand up to powerful interests on your behalf. When state officials here were denying the abuse of foster kids in Georgia, I investigated it, I exposed it, and then I passed a bipartisan bill to crack down on child trafficking. When drug companies were ripping Georgians off for insulin, I stood up to the pharmaceutical industry and capped the cost of insulin at $35 on Medicare. And when big tech companies were allowing child predators to run rampant on their platforms, I wrote and passed a bipartisan law forcing them to report child predators to the authorities. Early voting opened today. You can find your polling place at IWillVote.com. I hope I've earned your support, and thank you so much.

Ossoff to Collins: Look, the Office of Congressional Conduct has recommended that you be subpoenaed because you “refused to cooperate” in a federal investigation of your own office… It's a very simple question. If you are, in fact, subpoenaed by the House Ethics Committee, why can you not just commit once and for all to testify in the investigation? Yes or no, will you testify? Answer your voters, Mike.
