Nigerian students can qualify for 10 free Dangote Refinery shares from the Aliko Dangote Foundation when they buy at least 10 units themselves. Bamboo is one of the brokers taking applications. Update the app, and if you refer a friend who does the same, Bamboo says you get ₦1,000. The offer runs till 27 October 2026.
You pay for at least 10 shares in your own name. ADF may then fund 10 more in your name, at no cost to you. The price is still ₦525 a share, so your minimum is ₦5,250. The extra 10 is free if you get it.
You must be at least 18 and currently enrolled as an undergraduate at a recognised Nigerian tertiary school. Postgraduate does not qualify. You also need to pass student verification and your broker’s KYC. Those are two different checks.
On Bamboo, opt in, enter your school and matric number exactly as on your ID, and subscribe. ADF verifies after you submit and makes the final call. Opting in does not guarantee the extra 10. Each student can get the grant only once.
If you already subscribed, you can still opt in by topping up before the close. Non-students can subscribe as normal. They just do not get the grant.
Do not pay anyone who says they can “help you get it.” It is free. Apply only in the official app. And do not enter just because of a post. Read the official offer document, or ask your broker to explain it first.
