🇮🇳Vedanta organized a half‑marathon in New Delhi today, attracting approximately 40,000 registered participants, each paying ₹3,200. The turnout would have been even higher had the organizers not imposed a cap to ensure operational manageability. In addition, nearly 100,000 spectators lined the route to encourage the runners. The event commenced at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium and traversed the India Gate precinct.
The atmosphere was vibrant yet orderly. Spectators waved the national flag, and the Delhi Police maintained a calm and supportive presence throughout. No situation arose that required crowd‑control measures, and no individual was detained for patriotic expression. To facilitate the early‑morning movement, the Delhi Metro commenced operations at 3:30 a.m. Following the conclusion of the event, the crowd dispersed smoothly, with many proceeding to Connaught Place and other areas to shop and enjoy Delhi’s culinary offerings. The city exuded a distinctly festive spirit.
Such is Delhi at its finest.
In stark contrast, recent gatherings organized by the CJP and the Congress have struggled to mobilize even 2,000 attendees, despite offering monetary compensation of ₹1,000 per person along with food. A significant portion of those present appeared unaware of the purpose of the protest, engaged in unruly behaviour, and subsequently accused the police of excessive conduct. Even with the presence of the Leader of the Opposition and continuous amplification by TIMES NOW, the crowd has not grown meaningfully.
An opposition that is unable to assemble even five percent of the half‑marathon’s turnout—despite financial inducements—asks the public to believe that its calls for “regime change” are organically driven by popular sentiment.
RAGA, DIPKE AND NEHA are delusional.
