Whether you are male or female, well-off or with limited means, you should benefit from Title IX protections. That is what Title IX for All is all about!

Planned Parenthood promotes wrongful rape accusations by promoting the view that insufficiently enthusiastic sex is "rape."
In barbarian times, if a woman didn't scream in fear, it wasn't rape. In modern feminism, if they don't scream in pleasure, it is rape. How "progressive."
And yes, this is feminism, not just Planned Parenthood. The credited author is "Liberal Jane Illustration" who self-ID's as a "Queer feminist creating art about bodily autonomy."
CA9 oral argument just concluded in @USC acc’d student appeal. Both Biden judges on panel seemed very hostile to student—Judge Thomas (incredibly) presented it as an open question whether univ TIX adjudications are entitled to absolute deference in fed’l court.
In Title IX cases, when the complainant has requested a "victim advocate" to be their advisor, you can usually discern the advocate's influence in the "complainant's" written responses by identifying where it advocates the university treating the parties with a double standard.
You know this because:
1. Those same double standards are the premise behind much of that same advocate's cross-examination questions during the hearing, and
2. They are the same old, tired double standards we have been seeing by "victim advocates" for decades.
The next big acc'd student appeal will have oral argument in Jan.--good but not great facts (D.S.C. judges have been *extremely* hostile to acc'd student lawsuits.)
Will depend entirely on draw in 9D-6R circuit where there's no chance of a favorable opinion from any of the 9Ds.
If you are wondering why schools are investigating and determining guilt for what are often accusations of criminal behavior (such as sexual assault), here is a timeline of "how we got here." We updated it today to be easier to view on mobile devices.

The most expandable substance in the universe is, apparently, the definition of rape. Three weeks ago, it was "sex I regret." Last week, it was "sex I had where the vibes were off." Now, it is "when someone refuses to have sex with me."
Fwiw, the claim is about sexual assault, not rape. But a stat that includes rape & an unwanted kiss at a boozy party is meaningless. Also, a 50% increase in 2 years would look suspicious to any serious scholar. But this is Kate Manne. (Which I knew from the headline before seeing the byline)
Parents are paying $400K to send their daughters to a place where they have a greater than 1 in 3 chance of getting raped? nytimes.com/2026/10/20/opini…
Quoted in the New York Times. Every word of this quote is true regarding the 2011-2020 time period. Absent regulations and a litigation environment that compels fairness good behavior, we cannot trust schools to do the right thing.

“Boys will be boys” is something mothers say about their sons when they're getting muddy in the back yard, but for some reason feminists have co-opted the phrase and applied it to r*pe or something
In school sexual misconduct cases, consistently, the less information is provided in the Notice of Allegations regarding the conduct specifically, the more distraught accused students and their parents are. /1
Even if the alleged behavior is severe, having more specifics regarding how the conduct was allegedly initiated, progressed, and concluded provokes less anxiety than a NOA that does little more than copying and pasting the definition of the misconduct from the school's policy...
Brutal draw for acc'd student in @USC CA9 appeal--first appellate panel on Title IX acc'd student lawsuits with a majority Biden composition (Thomas, Pitts [sitting by designation]). Judge Nelson (Trump) is the third panel member.
This absurd @nytimes headline is the result of a legacy media and woke academia (completely consensual) circle jerk…
-Young liberal women want to be a victim and blame men for their unhappiness
-Because they dominate academia and the legacy media, everyone in those worlds are terrified of them
-All allegations are accepted as true, and the definition of what is “men behaving badly” gets absurdly watered down
-The media creates a gross misimpression that toxic masculinity is running amuck, further promoting the narrative in the minds of liberal women that they are under attack
-An explanation must be found for a phenomenon they created, and obviously that is going to be terrible men, especially those from awful fraternities and football teams!
😡🤦♂️🤮
"Why aren't schools investigating and finding men responsible for all these reported rapes?"
Meanwhile, what students consider "rape" (note the 27k likes):
in law school. in crim law. several women were making the case that if a man rented a car and nice clothes to go to the club, and a woman consented to sleep with him thinking he was rich, that it was false consent and that he raped her. GROWN women who are now attorneys.
