I've been seeling on Ebay since 2010. Today I am delisting everything and shutting it down. Here’s why... 1) As a business, it's not worth it. Too much work to be done for the fees they charge. There are many other ways to sell our cards and products online. 13.5% is diabolical for how hands on sellers have to be. 2) The tracking doesn't update when sending a card to authentication. This leads to buyers messaging complaints because they believe we haven't sent the item. 3) Buyer first mentality. It's very difficult to contact support as a PAID business account to resolve issues. Too many hoops. 4) Too easy for buyers to manipulate the system and get refunds for perfectly listed items, leaving sellers holding the bag. 5) Unwillingness to adapt and evolve because they are too comfortable with the current model. I may be a buyer, but 100% no longer a seller.
