I listened to Elizabeth Warren talk about the Clarity Act. The performance is equal parts rage, confusion, and stupidity. She’s a shrill, decaying old woman who’s clearly not in touch with reality. I pity anyone who has to sit through that daily (family, staff, and I’d say friends, but that’s unlikely). Anyone trapped in a room with that mix of bitterness and decline has my sympathy.

For #Bitcoin the Jackson Hole speech is Mildly bearish / neutral-to-bearish for Bitcoin in the immediate term. Highlights being:
-2% inflation target as non-negotiable
-no dovish surprise on liquidity, yields, or policy easing, and no strong new endorsement of stablecoins or tokenization beyond acknowledging the payments discussion
-avoided signaling whether a September hike is more or less likely
