Jeff Yan: Hyperliquid Has No Competitors, Nobody Competes with the Internet Hyperliquid Labs co-founder and CEO Jeff Yan @chameleon_jeff said in an October 7 interview with Risk Labs co-founder Hart Lambur at TOKEN2049 2026 that it is inaccurate to view Hyperliquid as competing with platforms that integrate its infrastructure. Yan said VALR's integration through Builder Codes is the first representative example of this model, and that more platforms may eventually tap into Hyperliquid's infrastructure and liquidity while continuing to maintain their own user relationships and trading flows. Lambur compared the model to the internet, saying that "no one is competing with the internet - people simply use it."
