Miami Heat became the first play-in team to make the finals. Miami Heat can now become the first team to start 0-4 to make the finals.

I watched both Giannis and Bam’s postgame tonight. Giannis is the best player on the team but yet talked like he was the 5th best player on the team and took accountability. Bam has been a top 3 worst player on the team but yet talked like he’s been leading this team and got mad at people criticizing him. Sometimes you just have to let your actions speak for yourself.

Kenny Beecham says no one’s trying to “scapegoat” Bam Adebayo: “I’m not saying they’re going to be a 7th seed because they started off 0-4 — I think it’s going to take some time. I don’t think anybody is scapegoating Bam, he’s legitimately not been the 2nd best player on the team so far this season when he’s paid like the 2nd best player. That’s not a scapegoat — we’re just holding you accountable…Davion Mitchell has been the 2nd best player…we’re 4 games in and not a single one of these games have the Miami Heat won the minutes where Giannis and Bam are on the court together — that is bad…”

Kenny Beecham on the 0-4 Miami Heat: “When this trade was going down, the one thing they were going to be able to do is attach themselves to is having a really good defensive team and that hasn’t been the case…Giannis has so much of a burden offensively…one of my boys from a groupchat said ‘a Klay Thompson three pointer might as well count as a turnover’…Nikola Jovic is basically out of the rotation…they need to get that first win under their belt…when you substitute Bam for Portis — they win those minutes.”

Giannis says they’re trying so hard for a win that they tense up and freeze: “Do we have to watch film and get better? 1000%. Giannis is TRYING to figure out this team and hopes his teammates have the same mindset as him: “I’m trying. I’m trying to figure it out but I gotta figure it out aggressively — I think that’s the only way. Giannis on Bam Adebayo struggling: “I think it's not just Bam, it's everybody. You know, everybody. We try to figure out where we fit in and what we gotta do. Kind of try to not step on our toes…I do it myself at times. I find myself just like floating around and trying to like see how to help the team…I feel like when I'm at my best, when a new player is at his best, is when he's decisive. When he has to like, if you're a downhill player, play downhill. If you're a three-point shooter, hunt threes. Takes the thought process out of the game. Giannis on the 0-4 Miami Heat: “I said what need to be said to the media — like we all have to take a deep breath and eventually we’re going to figure it out, we cannot press the panic button…it’s only going to get worse if you start panicking man. The is sad, Davion Mitchell has to tell Bam Adebayo who’s in year 10 and the captain of the team on what to do: “I think I got to do a better job of not letting him get lost in the game. He got to be more aggressive. I think that he will. He's still, I think, trying to figure it out because I said this before, I think him and Giannis play in the same spaces, and then when Giannis is on the floor, he's on the floor.
