Although I am a clinical nutritionist specialist, war has taught me to become a carpenter, a plumber, and a fixer of almost everything. Every day, I learn a new skill just to survive. 💔
We never chose this life. We never imagined that one day we would have to repair our own tents with our bare hands, mend the broken pieces of our lives, and try to create a sense of safety amid all this fear.
But despite everything, we will not surrender.
We will live with the simplest means available, make the most of what little we have, and hold on to hope for as long as we breathe.
War may change our profession and take away our homes, but it will never take away our will to live.

Following the Hamas attacks on Israel on October 7, 2023, he left behind his career and comfortable life in America to return home and join the IDF reserves.
