It’s critical that we unspool the knots around prescription mediation pricing, and this recent move by @DOL does that.  Clarity and transparency in what we pay in healthcare is huge priority for patients:  dol.gov/newsroom/releases/eb…

More tools to find cancer earlier could make a meaningful difference for patients and families. The @FDA advisory committee’s vote in support of Galleri’s GRAIL test is an encouraging development for #MCED. nbcnews.com/health/cancer/ca…

Just a reminder after last night’s SOTU speech that any sort of #MFN policy will absolutely crush the research and development of new and groundbreaking drugs here in the U.S..  Here’s a good article on what’s at stake:  fiercebiotech.com/biotech/wo…

It’s critical that the drug pipeline continues to account for safety first.  The #FDA’s recent statements on enforcing standards on compounding GLP-1 medications is a step in the right direction and one I hope our state leaders like @AZAGMayes take as well.  fda.gov/news-events/press-an…

We stand with the many cancer patient groups here in Arizona and across the country in thanking @RepCiscomani @RepAbeHamadeh and @RepGregStanton for helping multi-cancer early detection #MCED legislation pass out of the House.  Your votes will save lives.

Too many cancers are still found late.  The best way to combat late-stage diagnosis is to get screened early and often for several cancers.  The Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED) Act does just that, and now is the time for its passage.  @SenMarkKelly @RepDavid have been driving co-sponsorship on this bill, and I hope they now urge their colleagues for MCED passage.

Multi-cancer early detection is the most popular bill in Congress as well as with Arizona patient groups. Here’s our Christmas card on the year that was for #MCED. We need leaders like @RepDavid and @JuanCiscomani to tell the Speaker that this bill needs to be part of any end-of-year package.

It’s hard to understate what a big deal this is. 400 Members of Congress are now backing the #MCED Act. Seniors have waited long enough. Congress must advance this legislation without delay in order to fight cancer moving forward. @RepDavid @SenMarkKelly @RubenGallego

Today @SenMarkKelly and the @SenateAging will have a hearing on the importance of medicines made in America. As more biotech companies look to invest in new medicines here in the U.S., it’s important that leaders restore public trust in new cures and treatments.  Watch the hearing here: aging.senate.gov/hearings/ma…
