It feels sacrilegious to ever complain about God's greatest gift to man, but... The Red Zone Channel has been a fairly disappointing product this year And I feel like whoever the producer of the show is right now is to blame So much time spent on showing replays of the same thing over and over and over again (the Browns' game-winning field goal this week and the Jayden Daniels play last week) Rather than showing what is currently going on in the other games (mind-blowing, really) I feel like they're using the double and quad box way less often, and we're constantly missing big plays Everything also feels more delayed because of this, and I find myself needing to check my phone more often because of it

My family and I decided this summer that this will be my final year in the NHL. I love this game so much, but I know in my heart it’s the right decision. It was important for me to make this announcement before our first home game, so I have the chance to thank all the people around the game, everyone who has been so important to me and my family and helped me through good times and tough losses. I wouldn’t have been able to achieve everything I have in my life without them. I am excited about this season with my teammates, and we will do everything we can to make this year special.
