I've only been working with the stroke community for a little over a year - each time, i'm struck by their passion, committment, and incredible dedication to supporting stroke survivors in their recovery. I want to start there because i think it would tell only half the story...

Never compromise or lose your values, never forget why we do what we do. And seek out your tribe!

Mentoring and coaching are different things but both important if you want truly want to develop your leadership abilities.

Half of respondents worry about having another stroke. This can leave people feel exhausted physically and emotionally. Brain responds to threat and our beliefs that we are not safe.
