Privacy matters when collecting real-world data Collecting data from the physical world creates an important question: how do we make that data useful without ignoring people's privacy? Public and indoor environments can contain faces vehicle number plates and other details that should not be exposed unnecessarily @vangrid_io includes on-device blurring designed to hide faces and vehicle number plates in captured footage This is an important part of thinking about responsible data collection A useful data network should consider more than how much footage it can collect It should also consider how that footage is handle processed and shared Privacy features do not remove every possible risk, and users should still follow the rules for the places they capture But building privacy into the collection process is a meaningful step toward making real-world data systems more responsible The goal should be simple: collect useful information while treating the people and places being recorded with care.

I think staking and getting USD1 back is the interesting part Where most places just dump more of the same token on you Here the reward doesn’t automatically fall when price falls High rate looks good but it’s variable Depends how long it stays this high before more people lock in
90% APY paid in stables? why aren't more people talking about this pretty gud for these market conditions

Why robots need better maps of indoor spaces When people talk about mapping technology, they usually think about roads, cars, and navigation apps. But the physical world is much bigger than the roads we travel every day. Robots may eventually need to move through warehouses, office buildings, hospitals, factories, and homes These places contain stairs, narrow corridors, doors, obstacles, and layouts that can change from one building to another @vangrid_io focuses on collecting real-world data that can help create digital representations of these environments. Smartphone footage can be used to build textured 3D models giving developers another way to represent real places digitally Of course a map alone does not make a robot intelligent But better environmental data can be an important part of building systems that need to understand and navigate physical spaces.

I don't want it to happen But Outrider is the website that can shows the impact of nuclear strikes of every location
Under pressure from Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Trump administration may be within days of launching a nuclear strike on Iran. The target would be Pickax Mountain in central Iran, where Israeli intelligence claims the Iranian government has restarted its nuclear enrichment program. No conventional weapon in the American arsenal can penetrate 300 feet of solid granite to destroy the tunnels where enrichment is supposedly taking place. The only military option is a nuclear strike. Netanyahu has been pushing hard for one. “Bibi calls Trump about it every day,” says an informed observer. Netanyahu is cornered and desperate. After last week’s election results, he can’t form a government unless Trump intervenes directly in Israeli politics and brokers a deal with other parties that gives Netanyahu 61 seats in the Knesset. Otherwise, he is out as prime minister and on his way to ignominy, investigations and possibly jail. Netanyahu must stay close to Trump. He needs this war. To that end, he’s applied maximum pressure to his closest allies in the administration, including Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and CENTCOM commander Brad Cooper. Both oppose a negotiated settlement to the war they’ve so grievously mismanaged; both are pushing to restart major combat operations. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and CIA director John Ratcliffe are also following Netanyahu’s lead, as are leaders of the Democratic Party. In a recent meeting on the subject, former president Barack Obama said he opposes the current Iran peace deal being drafted in Doha. The rest of America’s longtime allies in the Middle East are terrified by the prospect of more war. On September 27th, Netanyahu flew secretly to Abu Dhabi to enlist the UAE in his lobbying effort for a final attack on Iran. The Emiratis refused. After eight months of conflict, Gulf economies are teetering. So are global energy and fertilizer markets. They won’t recover soon. Globally, there are a total of about 850 supertankers used to transport oil from producers to the rest of the world. In October alone, 11 of them were badly damaged in Hormuz. At this pace, a global depression is imminent. A nuclear strike would radically accelerate the destruction. Fallout from a ground explosion at Pickax Mountain would contaminate the Persian Gulf, poisoning the water supply for 100 million people. And those are just some of the immediate consequences for the region. The rest of the world is every bit as exposed. No country other than the United States has ever used a nuclear weapon in war. Some would like to. An American nuclear attack on Iran would set a new precedent. The Russians have already told at least two other governments that an American nuclear strike on Iran would free them to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine. Pakistan and India would be tempted to do the same against each other, as would North Korea against Seoul. After the first nuclear strike, World War Three is inevitable. That war would be short and final. We’ve been sleepwalking toward this moment for months. Since February, the administration has quietly rewritten America’s nuclear doctrine to make first use of so-called “battlefield nukes” easier and therefore more likely. No one in Washington in either party seems bothered by this. Now we’re on the brink of it. Close observers say Trump is likely to decide by next weekend whether or not to use nuclear weapons. That would be November 7, six days from now. To his credit, he’s hesitating. At the moment, Trump is listening to his vice president, JD Vance, and to his envoy and friend Steve Witkoff, both of whom argue a deal with Iran can be made. They’re right, though it won’t be simple. The Iranians are famously frustrating to negotiate with under any circumstances, and elements of that government have become more radical since Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and his family were killed in February. After decades of isolation, even relatively moderate Iranian leaders seem confused by how decisions are made in the West. (There is a widespread belief in Tehran, for example, that the United States government controls Israel.) But overall, people who have spoken to decision-makers in Iran say there is consensus there that more war is bad for everyone and a deal is worth making. One group that hasn’t been consulted so far is the global population — the hundreds of millions of people who will be killed along with their children if Trump is pushed by Netanyahu into launching a nuclear strike next week. Now would be the time for them to speak up.

Did you guys know your smartphone could be part of the robotics revolution? I know that most people use their phones to watch videos take photos and communicate with others But imagine if those same devices could also help build the data needed for future robots @vangrid_io is exploring this idea by using smartphone captures to create useful data about real-world environments A person can visit a location capture the surroundings and submit footage that may be used to create a 3D model These models can help turn physical spaces into digital information This is interesting because collecting real-world data does not always have to depend on expensive equipment or dedicated mapping vehicles Smartphones are already in people's hands The challenge is building a system that turns their captures into useful verified data Vangrid is working toward that opportunity connecting everyday devices with the growing needs of Physical AI.

I think the next big challenge for AI is the physical world AI has learned a lot from -> Text -> Images -> And videos but robots need something more to understand the world around them @vangrid_io is working on a way to turn real-world smartphone captures into useful data for Physical AI Think about all the places robots may need to work in the future: homes, offices, warehouses, factories, and public spaces Each environment has different layouts obstacles and details that machines need to understand Collecting this information at scale is not an easy task It requires access to real places and useful data from different angles Vangrid approach brings smartphones into this process making real-world data collection more accessible The future of AI will not only depend on smarter models It will also depend on how well those models understand the physical world

Many people still think zkTLS and zkFHE have similar work but both have their own important roles in their respective fields @primus_labs is working on both and here's the actual difference 1. zkTLS: Verifying real web data zkTLS helps prove that information from websites and online services is authentic without exposing all the underlying data For example -> Verify exchange balances -> Prove KYC status -> Bring verified web data into Web3 apps Its main job is to prove that the data is genuine 2. zkFHE: Computing on encrypted data zkFHE combines Fully Homomorphic Encryption with zero-knowledge proofs to support computations on encrypted data while helping verify that the computation was performed correctly For example: -> Process private financial data. -> Enable confidential DeFi applications. -> Help AI systems work with sensitive information. Its main job is to make private data usable for computation without revealing it first The easiest way to understand the difference -> zkTLS = Prove the data is authentic -> zkFHE = Compute on data while it stays encrypted Both solve different problems but together they can help build a future where applications can verify information and process sensitive data without exposing everything That's what makes the work of @primus_labs worth understanding

Why multi-angle captures matter One camera angle cannot always show the full shape of a place Different views can reveal details that a single recording might miss @vangrid_io capture approach helps turn footage of real environments into 3D models Capturing a space carefully from multiple angles can help provide a more complete view of the surroundings Good data starts with good capture habits
