Why does this matter?
Our goal is to bring optional financial privacy to native KAS, without creating another token or relying on custodians.
One of the big questions was whether the cryptographic work required could be fast and affordable enough to make this practical.
The results so far are encouraging.
We generated the proofs for this entire TN10 experiment using a rented GPU, at an estimated cost of just $0.67.
Imagine spreading those costs across hundreds or thousands of private transactions in a batch.
With more powerful GPUs, better batching and further optimizations, there's real potential to make private KAS payments fast and affordable, with proving costs covered by transaction fees.
We're not there yet, but we've taken an important step toward making that vision a reality. ๐
