The latest figures show the total number of NHS waits has risen to its highest level in 10 months. Patients need action and a Plaid government focused on getting waiting lists down. The NHS must come first.

Plaid’s plan for Newport and the surrounding towns is deeply unpopular with thousands of residents - and it’s easy to see why. Closing M4 junctions would push more traffic onto local roads, bringing greater congestion, disruption and pollution to our communities.

Last night, Plaid announced a delay to the review of council tax bands. Welsh Labour passed legislation in 2024 to revalue council tax from 2028 - a change that could help an estimated 800,000 households across Wales with their bills. By delaying the review, Plaid is once again putting its progressive values into question.
