Ben Jacobs inherited QPR from his great-grandfather. Four generations later, he's the one looking for the next generation of Rangers players, often before the rest of us have even heard their names. A story about family, football and why there's always someone coming through. Ben Jacobs - There’s Always Someone. His R Connection 👇 @BenSJ2007 @QPR_DS

Thank you to @MattWinton2 and @3inton for giving me the opportunity to talk about my #QPR journey. 💙🤍 Anyone else interested in coming on and talking about what QPR means to them please drop me a message! 🫡 My full episode of R Connection 👇

Those kids at the start go to my old school - I can confirm I personally received a lot of antisemitism when I was younger too, it’s a real issue. Needs to be stamped out alongside every other form of hatred. Stronger united. 🇬🇧🤝

@AndySintonQPR genuine gratitude and emotion at the start of the second half were a thing of beauty and deeply moving. #ForeverRs & #QPR are so lucky to have such a great and involved ambassador ! 💙🤍

Remember when we lost our best three players last week and it was the end of the world 😂😂😂. Stephan is a genius manager.

"BREAKING NEWS - QPR trio ruled out until late November" Is alot more dramatic than: player out for two and half weeks.

Yeah

John Eustace was completely wrong when he made comments about QPR's spending in April. And he is even more wrong now... QPR registered a net profit in the summer (mainly frees and loans). Derby spent alot, and brought nothing in. #dcfc

No podcast prior to Derby on Wednesday, but make sure to give this a listen. I personally found the conversation really enjoyable and insightful so it might be worth tuning into whilst at work over the next couple days 👊

Seen a bit of criticism for the U21 results. Worth noting the following players are all eligible but on loan or in the team: Rayan Kolli Kieran Morgan Leon Scarlett Daniel Bennie Jaylan Pearman Philip Sanyaolu Tylon Smith Jaiden Putman Cory Adjetey-Brew Emmerson Sutton

𝗔 𝗤𝗣𝗥 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 ⚪️🔵 Proud to announce that I’ve joined QPR as 1st Team IDP Coach Those who know me know that my journey with QPR has been over 20 years. From my mum taking me to the club as an u11, with the Academy & Community, to now the 1st Team. 1/2

Kealey Adamson is now ahead of Amadou Mbengue. No?

Enjoy every single minute you get to watch Pierce Charles plays for QPR. He is a superstar.

Right, don't shoot the messenger: - Kone and Lloyd has 'issues' in yesterday's training session - Burrell diagnosis better than expected but unlikely to be back this month - Kamara international issue not resolved as of last night. -Saito also picked up a knock this week.

Rumarn Burrell's injury is better than initially feared - he 'should be back soon'. Richard Kone has trained all week, without any issues - available for selection. Rayan Kolli has been back training with the 1st team for 3 weeks, and in 'full training' all this week. #QPR

WILL & TILLY’S R CONNECTION DROPPING NEXT WEEK If there’s an interview that truly embodies the spirit of R CONNECTION, it’s with @will_pound and @Tilly_QPR A bond between two people that grew out of their shared love of QPR. Two optimistic, positive fans who see QPR as a brilliant way to connect with friends and family, and who enjoy the bad days just as much as the good. We were lucky to spend some time with them and hear their story. It’s a lovely one. 💙🤍

🚨 EXCL: QPR first team played a BCD friendly today against Fulham at their training ground. We narrowly lost 2-1, with Rayan Kolli on target for us. 🇩🇿🎯 We played well against the Premier League side, Kolli had a STUNNING performance- having a bicycle kick goal ruled out too.

We were lucky to spend time with these amazing people 💙🤍

The comparison being made here is … hilariously outdated. Speaking pre-Bossman, with the restrictions that were in place … for the last 5 years, Cat. 1 academies have 11% make at least 20 senior (not necessarily PL) appearances! Which means 79% don’t … Cat 2 is 6%. A lot of people don’t realize just how much the football world has changed in 30 years … #QPR

I thought @BenSJ2007 was excellent on this. Knowledgeable, insightful and refreshingly optimistic. It did feel like an attack at times. Not sure comparing today’s landscape to that of the late 90’s is relevant or helpful either.
