Our thoughts and prayers are with @durhamcityfire, the family & friends of the firefighter who made the ultimate sacrifice, & the two firefighters who were injured at a residential fire early this morning. We stand with our brothers & sisters in Durham during this difficult time.

See or smell smoke this morning? Here's a quick update from our partners at NHC EM.
Two quick things about fire:
1. See smoke? You may be seeing drifts from an active wildfire in Marion County, SC. Stay aware and mindful of your surroundings. Air quality will be slightly degraded while the haze persists, so take precautions for those with respiratory conditions.
