Here's what the State Auditor found.
Families stuck in temporary housing for more than 1,400 days.
About $785 million paid out to vendors without records that added up.
A $297 million shortfall.
The Auditor called it "the third disaster."
That's what eastern North Carolina got.
Western North Carolina deserves better. NEVER again.
