Only in Wisconsin does the GOP give $6.5m to the cream puff pavilion & block $5m toward a new arts/cultural center in a black Milwaukee neighborhood. And THEN have the audacity to tell them to have a bake sale. Cream puffs are literally a bake sale being supported by the state.
